Like the night sky

So Dark yet sublime…

The peace so cruel within the high,

That covers truth but then asks, «why?»

The flow led nowhere.

Washed up and soaked in one’s own afflictions…

But fumbling in life based upon those fears…

Turns colors grey, and night still preys.

But it’ll never have me.

It’s far too late…

No I ain’t falling…

For the river’s game,

I’m in luck cuz I’m not dumb.

It’s my love.

Swim up against the stream,

Cuz standing on the bank brings dirty feet,

And going with the flow turns upside down,

The mold, potential our hearts could sound…

Within the upstream,

But night stalks… entering…

Simple… wash up…
