Though I don’t know where or when

And as before you smiled at me

I knew your warm and tender smile

Felt the warmth of your embrace

Heard your voice and face to face

One day

I touched your lips

But now I realise that I am searching for someone

Someone I knew so very long ago

And though I understand that I may never find the one

The one my silent heart is reaching out for soul
