When I think of all the friends I’ve had

Must admit it’s been a tough one

So now I’ve kept it together

I’m at the end of my tether

But I must stay strong

I’ll believe in this

I don’t have to belong to anyone

I want happiness

There is snow, mistletoe

Candlelights, silent nights

Sleigh bells and spells

Nutmeg

Stocking at the end of my bed

Santa, won’t you bring me happiness?

So I’m still lost

And not quite found

Am I doomed for a life

Dominated by doubt?

I’m trying to find

The good in this

So I’m writing a word

I’m grateful for this
