Race me to the fenceless wasteland of the night, where solid things

Melt in twilight.

enter private ground

In night frame all comes alive — my mind’s on safari for the raw

I don’t want the factual life — its a knee-jerk reaction

To solid things felt on the Outside.

Come in deeper;

enter unlit ground

I’ve been living without living without living without living —

Racing through the acres of internal life

I’m turning away, taking free rein.

There’s nothing but the motion

The blades of turbines turn the dark, cutting deeper;

Paring me down.

And is it hide and seek you want to play with me?

Fine lines thread the face;

a threat barely visible

Frost on forehead;

details in moments erase

Into the Cave;

interior is sparkling black — a place of concealments

With a view to the island of Zero
