Well, I’m falling apart, I suspect I’m blowing it

And I thought I was past this, but I’m losing it

And exploited all of the feelings I had

And ripping through life and friends

And erasing all of the memories I have

And sure, it’s a means to an end

Oh, when will death come?

When will he save me from here?

And surely, I’m done

And on and off, can’t I not care?

And I thought I was past this, but I’m blowing it

And I toiled away at all the tasks they gave me

And I wasn’t the best or the worst

Rip up my mind, has always worked against me

To never feel calm, I was cursed

So when will death come?

When will he save me from here?

And, oh, and surely, I’m done

And on and off, can’t I not care?

So how many times

Will I close my eyes?

Only to wake in the light

And have to live my life

And if you feel the same as me, I pity you now

In it forever

But I guess we’re in this together
