Abandoned Peaks - Sear Bliss

On this long road to the west

On the highway to demise

I could not judge if time stopped or it still flies

It was two minutes to midnight

The weather was cold and the moon shone bright

I couldn’t sleep to the sinister sound of

Even though I tried

Only when you fall a thousand metres

You’ll understand the way I felt

And after that you left me in my own fucking hell

Followed by the loneliest Christmas

That I spent walking around the woods

Till night fell

I found a pinetree on the top

Someone decorated it

As if it was for the last and loneliest souls
