The First Redemption - The Empire Shall Fall

These tragedies these wars shape us and strengthen our insight.

The light that burns inside our minds.

Through trials and tribulations learning time may not make things right.

These words come from inside.

No one can take your dignity and pride so hold it deep inside.

No one can change mistakes we’ve made in life so ease your mind.

Surrendering;

release your fears.

Let it go.

Let it fall into the undertow.

Let it go.

Looking back I see something kept me from falling;

saved my life.

In time I see through different eyes.

Strength returning to their faces my people fight to stay alive.

This life held close inside our minds.

The torrent;

the storm rains down its wrath and strive.

Spirits hold fast raised from the ashes.

Our voice echoes the story and the martyr’s song.

Strike us down, but we won’t be broken.

We overcome tribulation.

Find the eye of the storm.

Stand amidst fear and chaos.

We persevere!

Cut down from sorrow’s noose I blood let my regrets.

Withstand the persecution I kneel down in the light of redemption in the

knowledge that I can change my voice resounding in the wind.

In the dawn of tomorrow’s birth

And there we stood watching the flames die and drift up as vapor.

The wounded draw slow to their feet in renewed strength.

That there was a hope that never faded and never left the depths of our hearts.

Mankind would rebuild its spirit our story and we would be the legend the

catalyst for a new generation.

The words, remembered carved into the stones that were raised I was once bitter

a hopeless man bathed in despair and from the edge of death I was raised to

walk amongst the living.

My life, a legacy to the life I leave behind and to the re-birth of my people.
