Well it’s that time of year again

When it gets dark by 5pm

And I can’t help but sigh

Now the leaves have fallen off the trees

But a dark cloud still hangs over me

Can’t help but wonder why

But I’m sure I’ll be fine

Everything will be alright

I’m wide awake at 5am

So tired but I can’t sleep

I’ve come to terms with what I am

But I strive to be a better man
