More or less I been second-guessed since the first time I first rhymed a verse

And continue to do the same in Christ’s name

Perceive it as vain if you want to but that don’t change a dang thing

I ain’t fightin' a good fight, I’m in the war for your life

And God said it, no peace treaties, He made His promise

For that He’d go before us and make us the bombest

Not just me and my crew but all who call themselves the chosen few

He made covenant with me and you and what you do?

So loud cause you can’t control your emotion

What’s the devotion you had when you first picked up the fight?

You had it right back then, it wasn’t about self-promotion

It’s 'bout living the gospel and not talkin' on a mic

On all these mediocre gospel rappers skittin' off the beat

Perpetratin' 'bout how they tight and how open mics get freak

Knowing full well you weak and couldn’t reach me at your peak

And what’s worse is your excuse: Christian emcees shouldn’t burn

But the fact is you ain’t got no talent so you pass when it’s your turn

Sayin' it’s not the will of God and TRz be off the mark

But you kill the art and Christian kids are still in dark about it

Taking every word you say and story told as precious gold

Cuz God ain’t in your songs, that’s the reason you ain’t sold a lot?

I got news for y’all crew, you can’t pay your dues in credit
