Oh, to be a squirrel helixing a tree with you

Now how he

Licks the wound last week he got from you

From inside his cheek

His tongue pokes out and peeks at you

Like you wanted it to

And can you see

His teeth through the hole you turned his cheek into?

But a squirrel is roadkill

With his guts popping out

And what did he want

But an acorn i kicked

Into the road?

Oh, so it’s nobody’s fault?

Well, that’s easy for me

Go tell that to his family
